What if I need a bigger Christmas tree than the ones published on the website or a custom order?
We have got Christmas trees of any size, please send us an email to navet@navet.cat or WhatsApp to 637 297 765 with your custom order
Which is the tree specie?
All of our Christmas trees are Abies Nordmanniana specie. We choose this specie because its leaves have a pleasant touch as well as they resist home temperature and humidity.
Does the Christmas tree size include pot height?
Yes, the pot size is included. Total size goes from the very pot foot to the Christmas tree highest point. We recommend to measure the area you want to locate your tree before choosing your size. For smaller sizes (XS and S) we recommend to place them on any elevated place so it enhances the tree figure.
Can I return or change the size of my Christmas tree once I received it?
Considering that is a natural product, each Christmas tree is unique and exclusive. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your tree we can exchange it at the moment of the delivery for another one with the same size without any additional cost. Yes, it is possible but you must notify the reason at navet@navet.cat or via WhatsApp (637 297 765) If there is any exchange submission after the delivery, it has an extra charge of 5€. Returns have an extra charge for shipping and administration fees of 10€, the Christmas tree must be at the same conditions that it was when delivered. We only accept returns submitted prior to 24h from the delivery. We don't accept returns after 24h.
There is any shipping extra charge?
Shipping cost are included on the final price.
Can I change the date of delivery?
Of course you can! As soon as the change is notified 48h prior to the original delivery, you must contact via WhatsApp at 637 297 765 and we will submit a new delivery date available for your area. Delivery date changes has an administration fee of 5€.
Where is going to go the solidariy donation?
Our commitment, as well as environmental, it is social. For each tree we sell, we will donate to different solidarity projects. You can check them out on our Instagram and get more information about the planned projects for this year's donation.
Is a Christmas tree sustainable?
Yes, our Christmas trees come from controlled plantations from our national forests, and its consumption encourages new trees plantations. After Christmas, once they are collected, we manage the recycling to convert them into compost and biomass.
How do I buy my Christmas tree?
Super easy! Just choose the size that will best adapt to your home, choose delivery and collect (if needed) date. Be careful with providing the right contact info so we can deliver at the right day and time.
What happens if my Christmas tree dries up?
It is very important to place the Christmas tree far from any heat source such as stoves, chimneys...As well as water them once a week. If the tree still dries up prior to the first 7 days, we will exchange it with no extra cost. You must contact us via WhatsApp attaching photographies.
What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept credit and debit card payments.
When I am going to receive my Christmas tree?
As soon as you want. Any available day (No Sundays) from November 21st to December 21st at Morning (9h-13h) and Afternoon (14h-19h).
Can I only buy Christmas decorations?
Yes! Now if you forgot to the get the decorations to your cart, you can come back any time and get them. You can do it from the decorations section on the website.

Our Christmas trees are a natural product, perish and requires your care and attention.
We are not responsible for any damage that the product may cause, whether due to handling, falling or moisture damage.
Each Christmas tree is delivery with a humidity protected bag cover, even though we highly recommend to verify often its status to prevent any accident.
When collecting, we use a big fabric bag to cover the tree so we can avoid any damage or leftovers.
It is very important to keep the area clean and safe so it makes the collection faster.

By accessing, browsing, and purchasing the products and services offered on https://navet.cat (hereafter referred to as the Website), owned by COMERCIALIZADORA OVAL S.L., you are agreeing to the reading and acceptance of the Legal Notices (these Terms of Sale, Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy).
COMERCIALIZADORA OVAL S.L. reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time without prior notice. These modifications may be made through any legally acceptable means and will be mandatory while published on the Website until replaced by other validly published conditions.
Nevertheless, COMERCIALIZADORA OVAL S.L. also reserves the right to apply Specific Contracting Conditions, which may take precedence over these Terms of Sale, when deemed appropriate, providing prior notice in due time and form.
1. Purpose and Duration
The purpose of the Website is to offer, promote, and enable the remote purchase and delivery of natural Christmas trees to the regions specified below, as regulated by these Terms of Sale. The contract duration is linked to the delivery of the product.
2. Offer and Validity
In compliance with current regulations, COMERCIALIZADORA OVAL S.L. provides information about all products and services offered on the Website, including their features and prices. The products are presented with a photograph and essential characteristics, as provided by the manufacturer. The product color shown in the photograph is not binding, and the description should be consulted for accurate identification.
COMERCIALIZADORA OVAL S.L. reserves the right to withdraw, replace, or modify products and services at any time without prior notice. The products offered at any given time will be governed by the Terms of Sale in force at that moment. In the case of special offers, the Website will indicate the offer price, its validity, and the essential characteristics of the product.
All prices are shown in euros and include the applicable VAT and/or other relevant taxes. These prices will remain in effect unless there is a clear typographical error. Delivery costs are also included in the product prices.
3. Product Availability
Product availability may vary depending on customer demand. While stock is regularly updated, the product requested by the customer may be unavailable at the time of purchase. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability, COMERCIALIZADORA OVAL S.L. will notify the customer via email as soon as this is known. This communication will always be made within 30 days of the day following the order.
COMERCIALIZADORA OVAL S.L. may offer the customer two options:
(a) Supply a similar or higher quality product at no additional cost;
(b) Except in justified cases, refund the amounts paid for the canceled order within the same period.
4. Ordering Process
To purchase products and services offered via the online store on the Website, customers must provide the required data according to our Privacy Policy.
During the purchase process, customers must confirm the selected products or services, recipient information, and delivery details. When the recipient is different from the buyer, the buyer must ensure that the recipient has given their informed consent for their data to be processed for the purpose of order receipt and tracking. The buyer assumes responsibility for the accuracy of this data.
The order is completed once payment is made, after selecting the payment method and providing the required information. Upon completing the purchase, the customer will receive an email confirmation along with a copy of the order. It is essential that customers provide a valid email address or phone number during the purchase process. If the customer does not receive the confirmation within 24 hours, they should contact COMERCIALIZADORA OVAL S.L.
5. Order Delivery
The order will be delivered to the address specified and on the date chosen by the customer during the purchase process. If the customer is unsatisfied with the service upon delivery, they must notify us of any issues as soon as possible to seek a resolution.
COMERCIALIZADORA OVAL S.L. assumes no liability for unsuccessful deliveries due to inaccurate, false, or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer or external factors such as the recipient's absence after multiple delivery attempts.
In any case, COMERCIALIZADORA OVAL S.L. commits to delivering the order within a maximum of 5 days from the selected delivery date.
The customer assumes the risk of deterioration, damage, or loss of the ordered products from the moment of delivery. The customer is responsible for the proper storage and maintenance of the products under the conditions specified on the packaging.
6. Prices
All product prices are displayed in euros and include VAT. If other taxes apply, they will be indicated. These prices are current at all times, except in cases of clear typographical errors. Prices may change at any time, but any changes will not affect confirmed orders.
7. Shipping Costs
COMERCIALIZADORA OVAL S.L. only offers free shipping to the postal codes selectable on our website. If the recipient's address is outside of the available delivery area, shipping will not be possible.
8. Payment Methods and Order Execution
Customers may pay for their orders using one of the following methods. During the purchase process, they must indicate their choice:
- Credit or Debit Card, VISA, or MASTERCARD
All operations involving personal or banking data transmission are carried out in a secure environment, using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. All information provided is encrypted. Credit card data is directly entered into Stripe (payment gateway) and is not stored on COMERCIALIZADORA OVAL S.L.’s servers.
When paying by VISA or MASTERCARD, the following details are required: card number, expiration date, and a Validation Code (the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of the card). This provides additional security for the transaction.
If a charge has been made fraudulently or incorrectly, the cardholder may request immediate cancellation. If, however, the purchase was made by the cardholder and a cancellation was wrongly requested, the cardholder will be liable for any damages resulting from this action.
9. Returns and Claims
Customers have up to fourteen (14) days from receiving the order to exercise their right to withdraw without providing any reason. Withdrawal must be communicated through an unambiguous statement to navet@navet.cat.
Returns are subject to the conditions outlined in our Return Policy. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned item.
In case of faulty or incorrect products, COMERCIALIZADORA OVAL S.L. will bear the return and replacement costs.
